This hotel is quiet and pleasant, has very good employees on check-out. The breakfast at the place was top class and gorgeous with good quality ingredients.

Perfect family-friendly property with welcoming staff on check-out. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with juice and sausage and warm bread. Magnificent location, a couple of blocks away from Museum of Shops.  

Delicious dishes, very central location in walking distance of the Pier. Besides, easy to get to Nigel Greaves Gallery.

Airy, comfortable quiet rooms and really good amenities. Particularly good location close to the sea front for a gentle stroll and family atmosphere. Plus, metres from War Memorial Roundabout.

It was spotlessly clean, the staff was very efficient and especially helpful, plus the service was very good. Our superior twin room was brand-new with a bath as well as all the essentials.

We found out good rates in the hotel. Everything was excellent at this lovely family run venue. We walked everywhere, the location was magnificent, to the restaurants nearby. Great to be 400 metres away from Pelican fish restaurant,

Very comfortable building and rooms with all facilities. Lovely quiet area, super central location close to the Eastbourne seafront, town centre and pier, the centre of Eastbourne and the sea front and shops breakfast.  

Budget and spotless rooms with separate bathrooms and a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and kitchenware. Appetising food for breakfast.

Comfortable quiet & airy room with a lounge, a separate lounge and a storage space. Very efficient service and a tapas restaurant onsite. Late check out.

A charming small hotel, my first choice in Eastbourne. Fairly clean property, extremely comfy beds, amazing breakfasts and accommodating staff. Very efficient service and stunning and fantastic location right by shops and fabulous Italian Restaurant. For tea or coffee visit Favo'loso 

We greatly enjoyed this stay. Overall it was very specious, with a separate bathroom. We had a lovely and very good meal in the morning and some delicious food at the main bar.

Have stayed here many times and would definitely come back. There were a storage, a hair dryer and coffee in the room, really enjoyed that. Got a tasty and amazing breakfast served by a very pleasant hardworking waitress. 

Comfortable quiet and high standard room with a storage, a hair dryer, and coffee. Particularly good location short walk to the seafront, which is a short walk away with free parking.

The room is reasonably priced. The staff is supper friendly and the breakfast is tasty.
